It was in November 1996 that our 26 year old son, Ashish, who was a chiropractor, went on a cruise to the Great Barrier Reef. He drowned accidentally and every parents nightmare became our reality. It was during this state of devastating grief and depression that I was introduced to Pranic Healing and the Twin Hearts Meditation. I started doing this guided meditation on a daily basis. Gradually, the will to live became stronger and as I blessed others and the earth and self healed during the meditation my consciousness began to expand.
 

During this state of expanded consciousness, I became aware that my son had left only his earthly shell and that his Soul was indestructible.
 

With daily practice of this meditation my spiritual powers started to awaken and I experienced the bliss of being able to make Soul contact with my son. My healing abilities became more powerful, consequently, service to my fellow beings was also more effective. The intense depression and self destructive grief eased. I decided to found the Ashish Institute for Inner Studies, to dedicate my life to serving my fellow human beings so that they could also experience spiritual heights, the bliss, the self empowerment, the liberation from states of helplessness that are engendered while doing the Twin Hearts Meditation in Victoria in homes and workplaces. The strong philanthropic chord that this meditation touches helps us to focus on taking an active part in healing ourselves and others as well as to heal our depressed Planet. It is thus that we shall, as a large and powerful meditation Group worldwide, assist in elevating the vibrations of our Planet, restoring Peace, Love, Joy, Light and Power. Ashish means "Blessing" and we hope that the Institute named after him will, through its Work, indeed be a blessing to many people."

In May if 1999 I got to know Pranic Healing and Meditation on Twin Hearts & Self Pranic Healing Meditation CD. When preparing the "baggage with self belongings" to be carried to the Hospital for a surgery on 26 June 1999, I included a CD player an the MTH CD and SH.

During the surgery I presented intense bleeding that worried the surgical team. I remained under observation and was informed that I might require a second surgery anytime. I asked my daughter, who is a surgeon and helped in the surgery, that she put the Meditation CD on, so that I could listen to it. I had listened to it several times during the afternoon, night and even during my sleeping!

In the morning the Doctor (chief surgeon) noted that the bleeding was under control. I was discharged from the hospital or the same morning. I credit my extraordinary recuperation to the passive listening of the meditation.
 

After that, my daughter, started to practice the Meditation with me. Day by day other people are coming and are being introduced to the two Meditations every day. One in the morning at 7:00 A.M. and the other in the night at 9:00 P.M. from Monday to Friday.

Pranic Healing and Twin Hearts Meditation have made me very positive and compassionate. In 1999 Feb, I was leaving for USA from India and was busy doing some last minute shopping. That day I took a cab (auto) and stopped by at my dress designers place for a minute. I got down the cab to have a word with my designer when I suddenly heard the cab behind me taking off at the speed of a jet. I had lots of my shopping stuff in the cab and I was aghast at what had happened. I quickly collected my self and tried to follow the cab along with my designer. We tried looking around but with no luck. I did not have the cab number to go to the cops. Next day was my flight to USA and I was standing there loosing my stuff. I did not know what to do. So I started blessing the cab driver and I had the firm belief that I will get my stuff back. I told myself that I have learnt my lesson of being careful from this experience and continued blessing the cab driver with love and peace. I told my designer where she could find me when the cab driver comes back and left that place. Everyone that gathered around, including my designer, were laughing at the way I reacted to this incident. No one thought that the cab driver would ever come back. I went to my aunts place which was a few blocks away and within 1/2 an hour some one came to my auntís place, saying that the cab driver came back to return my stuff.
     

I went back to my designers place and the cab driver silently handed me my things and said sorry. I paid what was due to him and let him go. Everyone present at that place, were surprised at what had happened. I wouldn't have reacted in that way if not for the changes Pranic Healing brought into my life. Putting into practice all that we learnt in to our day-to-day life will definitely attract more good into our life. Well! By the way, this incident also made a strong impact on those people who saw it happen and all of them immediately decided to attend the Basic Pranic Healing work shop.
 

Fr. Anthony's patient cured of Jaundice after One Night of Constant Twin Hearts Meditation!

My name is Anthony and I work as a chaplain in a hospital dedicated to the care of advanced cancer patients in New York City. One of my patients, JS, is in his mid-forties and has been an inpatient for almost four months. JS has talked to me a lot about the emotional pain in his family history and about the people who have hurt him a lot in his life. Since JS has been more open than most about spirituality and different modes of healing, I decided to share with him the Meditation on Twin Hearts with an emphasis on blessing and forgiving those who had hurt him during his life. I led him through the meditation and he was extremely moved and affected by it. I made sure he remembered the important steps and told him to keep doing the meditation, even during the night if he could not sleep. On this particular day, JS had taken a severe turn for the worse and his blood chemistry was becoming toxic, his liver was barely working, and he had turned a pronounced yellow-jaundiced color.

The following day I was off and my phone rang at home. It was Sr. Donna, one of my chaplain colleagues at the hospital. She blurted out, "Anthony! What did you do with JS?" I asked her what had happened and she said, "Yesterday, he looked like he was about to die, he was all yellow . This morning, I went in to give him Communion and overnight his skin has turned pinky-white again and he looks great!"
 

I told Sr Donna that Joe had learned the Meditation on Twin Hearts. She understood right away, because I had taught it to her two months earlier and she had felt the power of it. JS continues to be a patient of mine to this day, and has gone on to experience major reconciliations with his immediate family. He has even become well enough again to invite me to share an ordered-in Italian dinner with him in his room! His doctor whispered to me one day last week that JS is breaking all medical expectations by living so long despite his condition.
     

I never doubted the power of the Twin Hearts Meditation, but this incident reinforced how powerful it can be to a receptive person. I can hardly wait for the new version which Master Choa is publishing soon, with the emphasis on psychotherapeutic self-healing.

October, 1999. There is a box in our Meditation Room where the people who come to do Meditation for Peace and Illumination can put the names and the photos of their relatives and friends to be blessed after each meditation we do together.

For more than 16 months, I was trying to sale my daughter's house. When I returned from Puerto Rico after Master's Pranic Healing Workshop, I had the idea to place the address of the house to be blessed!
 

After three days I sold the house! And the realtor agent that sold the house by coincidence is a pranic healer!
 

This was so successful, that I decided to put another paper to be blessed in the box. This time it was for "a new house with a good Feng Shui". In less than a month I found a house in perfect conditions and good Feng Shui! Isn't it fantastic?!!!...

Just after a few days of starting Twin Hearts Meditation, I saw a flash of light in the room where I used to meditate. My wife also experienced this light twice - once while doing Namaz (prayers) and again in the same room where we meditate.

We often smelled the fragrance of fresh sandalwood in our house, specially when we healed, spoke good about somebody, or did something good to others. My mother, who was unaware of all this, also experienced the same phenomena when she visited our house.
 

There is a miracle which I would like to share. Once in the night, I was searching for the herbal shampoo bottle to apply it on my hair. I searched for the bottle everywhere in the kitchen but could not find it. However the next morning when I got up, the first thing I saw was the bottle on the kitchen slab. I could not believe my eyes at this wonder.

Just for the record, I once conducted weekly twin hearts meditation and healing nights in New York City. There was a gentleman who had a very serious case of chronic fatigue for many years.  He was completely
